    “We had the most wonderful holiday at Paradise View - everything that we could have wanted and more.”

    The bach itself is just a delight and we used the private beach every day - apart from one stormy day. We are keen cooks so really appreciated the kitchen which was well set up with everything we needed.

Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

With breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Queen Charlotte Sound and access to your own private beach and mooring, this holiday home offers the perfect escape for your next family holiday. The beautifully decorated abode boasts an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with seamless indoor-outdoor flow to an expansive deck perched above in the punga canopies. It’s located within a 5-min walk to Momarangi Bay, a 5-min drive to Ngakuta Bay and a 20-min drive to Picton to stock up on supplies. Enjoy the use of a fully equipped kitchen with UV-filtered drinking water and a toasty open fireplace that provides cosy ambience and entertainment on evenings indoors. Four bedrooms are split across two levels and sleep up to six adults. The upper level has a master bedroom and en-suite and a queen bedroom with access to a bathroom and full laundry facilities. For a day on your boat you’ll have access to a boat ramp at Momarangi Bay. You can enjoy watersports, fishing or a visit to nearby Lochmara Restaurant and Lodge. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more suitable spot to enjoy a wonderful family holiday.

As shown in the photos, this property has unfenced access to a large expanse of bush and a private beach. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush and beach area adjacent to the property.

Located just west of Picton in the Marlborough Sounds region, Ngakuta Bay enjoys a prime position to enjoy the stunning scenery of the area. From here, you're just a 15 minute drive into Picton for shopping and boat tours of the Sounds. Ngakuta Bay is also positioned next to Whenuanui Bay Scenic Reserve, where you'll find a number of hiking and biking tracks as well as easy access to the famous Queen Charlotte Track.
