Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

From the back of the section, access the central Omaha walkway leading directly to Omaha Beach, the surf club, local shops, cafés, and playgrounds. About the location
Just an 8-minute drive from Matakana is the long stretch of a white sandy surf beach that is Omaha. This is a great area to base yourself from, located within a short drive to all the gems of the area such as Snells beach, Sandspit, Campbell's Beach and Tawharanui National Park. The best place to be in Omaha is certainly beachside, watching surfers battle the waves or taking a dip in one of the calmer areas yourself. “We had a brilliant time staying at The Summer Pad.”
The interior is fully renovated and very clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked with all the extras that make cooking away from home easy. The large deck areas with views of the sea gave great outdoor dining spaces. We also appreciated all the board games. The beach is less than a 5 min walk away. Overall the accommodation exceeded our expectations and we'd love to stay again.
