Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Just a 10 minute drive from Warkworth, Snells Beach is an ideal spot for a family beach holiday. The beach itself has beautiful golden sand and shallow water, making it perfect for kids to swim in. The town has a number of great cafes and shops, and Brick Bay Winery is a must-visit for wine and sculpture lovers. All of our Snells Beach holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.

Snells beach is close to cafes and Matakana which is great for markets. The house is old but comfortable. The beds are lovely and comfortable. The downside is the internet was extremely poor, it didn’t work for us and you needed it for TV. A comprehensive manual on how to use the TV would be really helpful. The house is old and really needs some maintenance.
