Lake Coleridge Village, a remote rural town, lacks public transport, but everything is easily accessible by walk or drive. From the village it is a short walk to Power Station, Rakaia River, a children's playground and tennis courts. Off roading, hunting and fishing all close by, as well as lots of walking options, including woodland walks in arboretum. The nearest supermarkets are in Darfield or Methven, both a 45-minute drive from the village.
