Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The living area is cosy and inviting, with a Smart TV and relaxed furnishings for unwinding after a day out. The dining space flows easily from the lounge, while the well-equipped kitchen includes modern conveniences such as a Ninja air fryer. The laundry doubles as a handy scullery, adding extra space and practicality for longer stays or group holidays. Three well-appointed bedrooms offer flexible sleeping, with Bedroom One and Bedroom Three both featuring queen beds. Each bedroom has its own TV, with free Netflix and Prime available, while the lounge TV offers the same entertainment options. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bath, perfect for relaxing soaks, and thoughtful extras like heating and everyday essentials ensure a comfortable stay year-round.
