Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

“The house was well equipped but it was difficult to heat and so cold at times.”
It would have been great if there was some heating on when we arrived as the house was freezing when we walked in. We used the fireplace as much as possible but some of the wood was damp and difficult to burn. We eventually moved the 2 small heaters from the bedroom into the living area but didn't like to leave those on when we were out. Couldn't find the backdoor key so had to go round the house in the rain to fetch wood. Sent a message to Bachcare and also phoned them but key never delivered ...

The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable - like sleeping in a marshmallow. I moved to one of the spare bunkbeds and slept there. Other beds were good. Other than that the house was well equipped and had everything we needed, lovely cupboards, good kitchen. We wouldn't stay here again because of the cold house & uncomfortable bed, and we were disappointed with the poor responsiveness of Bachcare.
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the home was cold on arrival and that the heating and firewood caused inconvenience. Two heaters were available, and we understand you used them, though it wasn’t ideal. The property manager was onsite when you arrived, and no heating or key concerns were raised at the time. We’ve since arranged for a spare side door key to be cut for future guests. The bed mentioned has now been replaced with a top-quality, medium firmness king bed. While feedback across our site and third-party platforms has been very positive, we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion.
