Bronwyn “Great sized house .”
Pity beds were broken leaving an uncomfortable sleep till maintenance came and did a fix. Suggest replacing bed/s. Loved outside furniture and playground for the kids. Suggest leaving wifi password where it xan be seen. Had to ring office. Also Suggest cleaners look up as nearly every corner had spiders. With a little more care this could Be a great place.

Kids loved the front yard and playground. Lovely to be able to have the fire going and house was so nice and warm. Only slight downside would be that there was no board games etc (we picked up a pack of cards from the toy store though) and the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Both the queen beds had broken bits under them which meant that one of us had to sleep on the couch.

The kids absolutely loved the playground and with a fully fenced property the adults could relax while the children played. Would definitely stay here again!

A few things would make it awesome. No coat hangers in the wardrobes ! Hot taps in both bathrooms need attention, the main bathroom one spins around & we were afraid it might twist off the pipe. In the main bedroom the hot tap was faulty. No dish cloths supplied in the kitchen.

Mark “Just the warm tap in the main bathroom very lose when trying to turn it on, and the toilet flush didn't work properly, eg didn't fill up with water due to flush handle getting stuck on top of toilet lid.”
A great family home with plenty of space inside and outside for children to safely play..A great idea to have 2 dining tables especially for when a large number of guests stay.

The kids loved the playground! The only thing was there wasn't a dish brush, cloth or scrubber so we couldn't clean up after ourselves like we'd liked to. Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay.

Great location and great large section for kids to run around safely. Nice big open lounge and kitchen. Found the slat beds a bit squeaky and you had to be cautious while getting into them. Tap in main bathroom still not fixed from last feedback given in July. Other than that house was great and would definitely return. Thanks

Kitchen well equipped but would benefit with a pair of tongs. Occupants of queen beds had issues with the slats slipping off frames, scary in the middle of the night and not ideal when sitting on the bed. One of king singles frames needs tightening.

The facilities are perfect for families, we have 2 toddlers between the families staying and they were well catered for, the playground in the garden was a hit and we really appreciated the plastic cutlery and bowls ect - those little things make a huge difference! Also loved that we could close the gate and make the section secure. Lovely warm house and very welcoming. Thankyou

The space in the living area meant we were not on top of each other, as there were 10 of us. Wonderful that it allows pets and is fully fenced. But the heater in the ensuite did not work and the cold tap in there needs fixing as it was loose. Had to ring Bachcare to get wifi password so would be helpful to have that provided. Otherwise a good property for a larger group.
