Welcome to Moeraki Beach Haven, a newly renovated 3-bedroom retreat offering stunning water views and beach access that captures the essence of coastal living. Wake up to the gentle sound of waves and start your day with a beachside stroll before relaxing on the large deck with your favorite drink. The open-plan design connects kitchen, living and dining areas—all positioned to make the most of those beautiful ocean views. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern touches including a dishwasher and Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. Unwind on comfortable couches with entertainment on the Smart TV, while the heat pump keeps you cozy year-round. Three double bedrooms provide peaceful retreats, including a master with king bed where ocean views greet you each morning. Practical amenities include a washing machine, iron, wheelchair access ramp, and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after beach adventures. Boat owners will appreciate the large private driveway with ample space for both car and boat, plus easy access to the boat ramp at the boat club. Moeraki offers excellent fishing and lovely walks including the Millennium Walkway. You're perfectly positioned to explore Dunedin and Central Otago attractions, fishing lakes, and wildlife viewing at Katiki Point, home to fur seals and yellow-eyed penguins. When you're ready to sample local flavors, the nearby Moeraki Tavern serves famous blue cod and chips, while the Moeraki Boulders Café offers another delicious option just minutes away.
