Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Heating is provided via two heat pump's for year-round comfort. Start your morning at the breakfast bar or step onto the private, sun-soaked balcony for coffee at the bistro table. Inside, the open-plan living space features a smart TV and free Wi-Fi for modern convenience. Two well-appointed double bedrooms make Sea Breeze ideal for couples or friends seeking a coastal retreat. Parking is hassle-free with a designated space for two vehicle's in the complex, plus additional roadside parking nearby if needed. Just a three-minute drive takes you to Orewa’s lively town centre, where cafés, restaurants, bars, and boutique shops await. Grab an ice cream, sip coffee by the sea, or pick up classic fish and chips from Kipper’s Takeaways for a relaxed dinner on the sand. “Absolutely loved our stay.”
Beautiful apartment, lovely set up, warm, homely and welcoming. Loved the special extra touches - chocolate kisses on arrival, supply of pads, tampons, tooth brush and tooth paste, that really stood out. My daughter called the main room the Queens room and the second room the Princess room, fit for royalty. Best nights sleep of our lives. The only let down was having to pay a cleaning fee yet I had to unload the dishwasher of the prior tenant. Also as we were loading the car to leave at about ...

Other than those two things which I understand was most likely an oversight, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the near future. Big thank you to our host!!
