    Talking about staying there again next year maybe. The bad things about the place The window hinges need new hinges as the windows would slam shut and was scared to leave them open. The shower has no pressure. But understand with conserving water that the shower would use more if it had pressure. Could do with more spouting to catch more water??? Thanks heaps for allowing us to stay in your awesome house The place is great to stay in

A short walk away from the beach, escape up North to the quiet and peaceful town of Ahipara - welcome to Ahiparadise! Full of character, charm and perfectly complemented by the surrounding coastal scenery - this home is ideal for a family getaway. This Ahipara accommodation features all the amenities you'll need, including a Smart TV and DVD player for some entertainment when you're enjoying some quiet time inside. Head out onto the sheltered deck and fire up the BBQ for a classic kiwi meal fresh of the grill. Ahipara is perfect for some peace and quiet away from hustle & bustle of the city or those busy holiday hot spots. With plenty of off-street parking, you'll be able to leave the car at home and instead enjoy an evening stroll to watch as the sun sets over the horizon or take a wander to check out the great fishing and seafood nearby. The start of the famous 90-mile beach (one of New Zealand's longest stretches of beach) is just 1-minute walk down the road waiting for you to soak up more of the gorgeous Far North sunshine. When you feel like a bite to eat, pop on over the local cafe just a 2-minute drive away or renown Bidz takeaways, as they do arguably the best takeaways in NZ. For your next getaway up North, make sure to stay at the charming Ahiparadise!

About the location

Known for its rugged coastlines, long white sandy stretches such as 90 Mile Beach, the lofty Te Paki sand dunes perfect for some wild boogie board surfing, as well as the picture perfect Bay of Islands.
