Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Set over two levels, Coastal Serenity offers four inviting bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find the super king master with private ensuite and a second queen bedroom. Downstairs features a king bedroom and a fourth room with two singles, ideal for up to four couples or families. The light-filled living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, with Sonos surround sound and high-speed Starlink internet - perfect for remote work or entertainment. Two heat pumps and a gas fire on the deck ensure year-round comfort, with outdoor blinds, flyscreens, and an infrared heater creating a cosy al fresco space. Enjoy three distinct outdoor living areas, a spacious deck with BBQ, and room for a boat and trailer with beach launching nearby. Two sit-on-top kayaks are also available for guest use. Whether you’re soaking in the spa, swimming against the current in the swim spa with treadmill, or unwinding under the stars, relaxation is at your fingertips. Located just a short walk or drive to the beach and only 20 minutes from Kerikeri’s markets, cafés, and attractions like the Stone Store and Rainbow Falls, Coastal Serenity is your perfect Bay of Islands base for adventure or a peaceful retreat.

The property features both a spa and a spa/pool with a treadmill function. This is not a full-sized swimming pool.
The property boundary includes steep drops to the bush below — please take extra care, particularly with children.
The boat, tractor, and sleepout on-site are for owner use only and are not available to guests.

Kerikeri is a fantastic town to linger in, and was voted New Zealand's top small town. It is rich with history, and visitors can visit the historic Kerikeri Mission Station for a very small cost. The Kerikeri township offers great dining opportunities, and some wonderful boutique stores.
