    “Unfortunately our cottage wasn’t clean, the spa was unavailable for the entire weekend and the maintenance of the cottage is lacking.”

    Bachcare have since refunded the cleaning fee, however we hope they continue to improve their maintenance, cleanliness and availability of advertised facilities for any future customers.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Please note that the swimming pool, spa pool, playground and BBQ area are all shared facilities.

As the deck at this property does not have a barrier and has a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.
