Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

    “We rented this property for two days, and there is a spa in it, and it already had bubbles in it.”

    When we did not even use it, later on, they sent an invoice saying that we put some soap in the spa, which is why it had bubbles. Even though we provided them with pictures, they said we did it. They charged us a spa cleaning fee without any reason. It's really bad. I booked before Airbnb and never faced any problem. So, be aware of this company.

The significant foaming observed after your stay is typically caused by surfactants, commonly found in sunscreen, body oils, shampoo, or detergent residue on swimwear. While this may not have been intentional, these substances can easily enter the spa without guests realising. We understand this was frustrating and regret the inconvenience. Bachcare
