Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

As the property has direct access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
Mooring for a small boat is available at this property. Boat owners would tie their boat to an anchorage point on the front lawn.
There are kayaks available to use but guests must bring their own life-jackets to gain access to these.
Please note that the top bunk bed is not suitable for adults.

“Hi ,we had a great time in the most beautiful autumnal weather, so no complaints what ever.”
Just suggestions. The night we arrived we were notified that the power would be off till 5,30pm but didn’t come on till 10 to 9pm . Fortunatly we had prepped a cold meal but some candles or torch would have been a help,especially had it been wet ,cold and dark . We had torches on phones but no power to re charge them .this would be a back stop as probably doesn’t happen often but glad we didn’t have a baby with us, matches for gas . Praps we didm’t look in the right place . Reading ...
