Relax and unwind with a corner sofa, fireplace, heat pump, WiFi and TV with Chromecast, while an additional living area provides added convenience. Indoor-outdoor flow means the space extends out to the patio. Private and sunny, this outdoor space is equipped with outdoor seating and bean bags meaning you can make the most of the sun. Comprised of two bedrooms and a separate private lounge with double sofa bed, this holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests. The spacious master bedroom provides a king-sized bed and your own private ensuite. Two single beds that can join to make a Super King make up the secondary bedroom, and a separate lounge with sofa bed can be closed off to the main lounge and serve as a potential 3rd bedroom. The home is complimented by a full-size family bathroom and separate laundry with full facilities. Situated in the charming Northlake subdivision, you’re just a short stroll to the Northlake recreation reserve and Hello Ranger café and bar, while lake access is just a three-minute drive away via Outlet Road. Central Wanaka is just an eight-minutes drive away with an array of shops, cafes, and restaurants as well as the breathtaking lakefront.
