Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

All guests should take care when using both stairs as they are steep and do not have a barrier or handrail.

As the deck barrier is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.

As the deck barrier is a trellis, adults should closely supervise young children in this area to ensure they do not climb the deck barrier.

Please note the wall-hung single bed is not available for guest use.

“We had a great stay at the Mangawhero Tree House — thank you!”

The home is perfect for families, with its multi-level layout, and everyone has their own space to unwind. The living area was great for gathering, playing games, and spending quality time. The couches weren’t the most comfortable, but the generous floor space made up for it. The fireplace warmed the whole house beautifully and added a lovely, cozy atmosphere. The location was ideal, close to the mountain, shops, and restaurants, and had lovely views. One small thing to note: the listing ...

One small thing to note: the listing mentioned a dishwasher, but we couldn’t find one during our stay. We ate out mostly, so this wasn't a big issue, but just something to be aware of for future guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would happily return.
