    “We had a great stay, despite the floods!”

Welcome to Kaiate! This holiday cabin is newly built, with a strong focus on sustainability. Kaiate is solar powered, uses rainwater with a microfilter, as well as employing other sustainable sources of energy and materials to minimise your carbon footprint, all while you enjoy your blissful getaway! If the ethos behind this cabin isn’t exciting enough, you’re guaranteed to fall in love with the surrounding landscape right upon arrival. Your elevated position gives you a gorgeous outlook to Welcome Bay and the Kaimai Ranges, to be enjoyed from the comfort of your deck or garden with a good book or Nespresso Coffee. Inside you’ll find the ideal space for two, with a queen-sized bed, living-dining area and kitchenette all completing the set up for a fuss-free stay. You’ll be happy to hear that a BBQ is available for your use also. Get to grilling on the sun-drenched deck, and enjoy your delicious alfresco feast with some side dishes prepared in the kitchenette. Kaiate is located only a 24-minute drive from Mount Maunganui, head into town for the day to enjoy the best of the local shopping and fare or a 15-minute drive from stunning Papamoa beach. You’re also only a 6-minute drive from picturesque Kaiate Falls, if you’re keen on chasing waterfalls. Or, if you’re keen to get stuck into some biking in your downtime, Summerhill Mountain Bike Park is only a 16-minute drive from home base. For a sunshine-filled, sustainable escape, Kaiate awaits!

Te Puke is the kiwifruit capital, and one of its most popular attractions is the Kiwi 360 theme park, all about kiwifruit.
