Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The pool table is available for guest use and must be treated with care. It is strictly for guests aged 12 and over, and adult supervision is required at all times.
We are happy to welcome well-behaved, toilet-trained dogs. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. If you head out, dogs need to be secured outside, as the property is only partially fenced. Please keep an eye on them at all times and treat the house and grounds with care.
