Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

One of the fastest growing areas in the Bay of Plenty, and it's no wonder why with 16 kilometres of pristine white sandy beach. A quick five minute journey from bustling Mount Maunganui, Papamoa is a popular location for swimming and all levels of surfing. Have a go at blokarting on the beach, and if you want some time away from the sand, Te Puke, the hub of the kiwi fruit industry is just a stones throw away, complete with its own kiwifruit theme park! “Generally a very good property and vacation house.”
We really enjoyed our stay. A few minor observations that would need attention by the owner: 1. The Nespresso coffee machine did not work. I also own the same model of machine. Going into the service mode, it said the machine had done about 10,000 shots. I went through the whole descaling process. However, the machine could not pinch the coffee capsules. I think it needs a proper service. 2. The master bedroom external doors could not be locked. The locking doors had the locking dead bolts ...

I think it needs a proper service. 2. The master bedroom external doors could not be locked. The locking doors had the locking dead bolts missing. We could slide the handle up to lock, however you can still open from outside. Luckily, nothing appeared to go missing, however I would strongly recommend these doors are fixed and secured. 3. The outside light as you enter from the garage to the clothesline spot does not work. 4. We got locked out on the 3rd night even after pressing the correct entry code. We left that for a few minutes and tried again, and luckily got in. All other experiences were wonderful and great. What a pleasant experience.

The coffee machine we will get services we are sorry it wouldn’t work while you were staying, the locks I got checked as soon as I saw your review I believe we have sorted those now. The light out the back we will fix next time we are down. Sorry to hear you were locked out I believe you have to pop your hand on the key pad to wake it up then pop the code in it should work.
