Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Guests should take care when accessing the property as there is a steep driveway.
All guests are encouraged to use the handrail when accessing the internal stairs as they are quite steep.

Glorious, long white sandy beaches will greet you at our stunning collection of Mount Maunganui accommodation. Taking a stroll up Mauao, reaching 230 metres at the summit, gives you stunning 360 degree views of the beach, harbour and ocean. 'The Mount' is located at the end of Tauranga Harbour and the surf beach is one of the finest. A superb spot to relax and re-energize, that's just a 15 minute drive from Tauranga or 3 hour drive from Auckland. “Property was in a great location, and was clean.”
We stated 5 people and were supplied with 5 towels. Just 5 towels only...for a 3 night stay. No extra towels anywhere. No handtowels in the toilet. No cloth for the kitchen sink. Minimal papertowels. One teatowel. Minimal rubbish bags, dishwasher tabs. No shampoo/conditioner. No extra condiments, coffee maker. Compared to the multiple Vrbo/Airbnb properties we have stayed at in NZ, this was totally bare bones. It was clean, and they allowed our bags to stay in the property for an extra hour ...
