Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

With ample off-street parking, The Cottage is a stress-free base for your Rotorua adventure. Sleeping up to six guests across four rooms, The Cottage is ideal for families. There are two queen beds and three single beds, with one bedroom accessed through another—perfect for children or close-knit groups. A portacot and high chair are also available for younger guests. The home is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board—making longer stays effortless. Located just a five-minute drive from the city centre, this peaceful retreat places you in the heart of the action. Please note: Guests must be dog-friendly, as a small-to-medium dog, Doug, lives next door and may wander over during your stay. He’s very friendly and loves attention, though he may give a quick bark when you arrive.

    Great place to stay with kids as lots of space to kick a ball around. Beautiful view over the lake and very close to the Redwoods and town. Comfortable beds, great shower and the house had everything we needed. Thanks.
