Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Just a 40 minute drive West of Hamilton, this surfer's paradise has a truly relaxed vibe, full of quirkiness and character. For surf fanatics, Manu Bay is renowned to possess the longest, most consistent left hand break in the world. But Raglan itself is also a haven for paddleboarders, swimmers and kayakers. If staying on land is your preference, Bridal Veil Falls is a quick trip away, or for a more challenging adventure, you can climb to the top of Mount Karioi or explore the Te Toto Gorge Track.     “-firstly bachcare booked the wrong nights when I emailed to use our voucher, meaning we had to pay the increased December prices rather than the orginal price - we should have been made aware that there was retaining works being undertaken at the property that meant there were huge piles of mud and constant flowing water that prevented us from parking onsite and was really quite ugly - a bracing beam had been removed for the works mentioned above which meant the house shaked constantly with any movement which was quite unsettling - the works also went into the back yard making it boggy and filled with dug up pipes meaning we couldn't use it for the kids to play which we were relying on.”

    - the hot water was very unreliable, being either very hot or cold, which is a pretty big deal when we had two young babies staying with us - the property states there are fans avaliable but none were avaliable, when I asked for some for the rooms with young babies the property managed never got back to us. - the 3rd level windows did not have latches and were at children height. Very disappointed with bachcare and I would not use them again
