The studio is well equipped for a couple who wish to relax and enjoy the surroundings and venture out. We appreciated the little touches... local coffee/tea, milk, bread and snacks. Liz and Rod were accessible and helpful hosts.

Ideal for couples who seek adventure and yearn for an extraordinary getaway, this one-room studio promises an experience to remember! This unique retreat is worth the short journey from the carpark, a mere 50 meters across the estuary. If guests need to wait for car access, there is always access by foot. Your hosts can provide the directions you need to navigate a path to this hidden gem, ensuring your entry and exit align harmoniously with the tides! Concealed from view by the trees, The Treehouse boasts a sense of seclusion and intimacy that few accommodations can match. The expansive deck, built around pongas and a lancewood, carries a BBQ and comfy deck furniture, while the quiet and private setting is enhanced with abundant bird life. Guests can explore the surrounding area on foot, including a variety of shoreline walkways or venture into Raglan township or Raglan Wharf where delicious food, creative arts and crafts and indie entertainment can be experienced. For those who wish to explore the aquatic delights of this location, high tide offers the perfect opportunity to launch kayaks, paddle boards and boats right from the driveway. The shallow waters of the bay provide safe swimming. Swim, kayak or simply relax after a rewarding bushwalk, Raglan has so much on offer. As an added treat, a sailing club adjacent to the property extends a warm invitation for you to partake in their club days, for an additional fee. For those seeking a leisurely paddle or a weekend adventure, kayaks are available for hire from the carpark during weekends and the summer season. Your hosts invite you to share the seclusion, serenity, natural surroundings, and adventure of their unique property. The Treehouse awaits!
