    “Great location and good size for our group, HOWEVER the waterpump was very noisy and the bedroom closest to it was basically unusable due to the noise.”

Please be aware that this property uses an eco-water system which utilises the catchment and treatment of rainwater - so you have fresh water without any chemicals. As with all similar systems, it uses a pump to draw water up to the house. This can be heard from inside part of the property but only when water is running.

Just over an hour's drive from Wellington, Otaki Beach has an unspoiled beauty with long stretches of golden sand. There are plenty of activities to do around here, the most famous of these being to explore one of the many Tararua Forest Park walking tracks.
