Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

There is a retaining wall without a barrier and a drop to the driveway. All guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.
Kayaks and dinghies are available for guest use. Guests must provide their own life jackets.
As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
About the location
Just north from Paraparaumu, Waikanae Beach is a popular holiday destination, loved for it's undisturbed beauty and community vibe. The beach is great for swimming, fishing and kayaking, and there's great bird watching opportunities by the estuary. The view & direct the beach access were the highlight but the house itself was very well presented. It was very clean, nice linens and really cosy for late April.
