Outside, the property also features a 5-person spa pool, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Fisherman’s Cottage features four flexible bedrooms, two ensuite full bathrooms, and an additional toilet, making it well suited for families or groups. Outside, the quiet street location adds peace of mind for children and pets. When it’s time to explore, the beach is just minutes away, and a 20-minute walk along the sand takes you to local cafés and bars. Longbeach is known for fantastic pizzas, while Hey Coasties offers a family-friendly garden and a weekend courtesy van. The Waikanae Boat Club, just a five-minute drive, is another popular local spot for dining and socialising. Just north from Paraparaumu, Waikanae Beach is a popular holiday destination, loved for it's undisturbed beauty and community vibe. The beach is great for swimming, fishing and kayaking, and there's great bird watching opportunities by the estuary.
