Nestled in the heart of Tawa, this cozy Wellington holiday home is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Ideal for small families or couples, the property offers comfort and convenience with easy access to local shops, cafes, and public transport. Step inside to a bright, open-plan living space where the lounge, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and a heat pump ensures a comfortable stay year-round. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, while the dining area is perfect for enjoying them together. After a day of exploring, unwind on the sofa or watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home accommodates up to three guests. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the second room offers a double bed. Additionally, a single trundler bed is stored in the second bedroom and can be made up if needed. The spacious bathroom includes a shower over the bath. Outside, the small courtyard area is fully fenced. Located just a 15-20 minute drive from Wellington’s city centre, Tawa Retreat - Wellington Holiday Home offers easy access to popular attractions like Zealandia, Te Papa, and other scenic walking trails and coastal drives.

    “We loved our stay here.”

    It is spotlessly clean, and the beds are the comfiest I've ever experienced in an AirBnB with lovely linen. Other reviewers have suggested it was noisy - we did not find it so. All in all, this is a great place to stay, close to the heart of Tawa, close to the motorway for quick access to Wellington - we highly recommend.
