In those hot summer days, cool off under the air-conditioning inside, and then in those colder months, enjoy the heat pump, with a glass of wine in hand! Spend your days down on the beach for sun, sand and of course, good surf, just a quick 7-minute drive, or get out and about trekking through the iconic Waitakere Ranges. Please note that the no parties policy is strictly enforced at this property. Guests are kindly requested to keep voices and music low (especially outside) between 10pm and 8am so that the neighbours are not disturbed.

With it's intense black sand, wild surf and iconic landscape, Piha is one of Auckland's most popular west coast beaches.     “Listing needs to be updated to reflect the fact that it no longer has a fireplace.”

    We arrived in the middle of Cyclone Tam and got rather wet so were looking forward to lighting the fire only to find it has been removed. On top of this the heatpump in living area wasnt working so there was no form of heating at all. Tried phoning customer service several times but no answer after 20- 30 minutes on hold. Bachcare rep rang next day and advised switching heatpump circuit breaker on and off to reset, so tried this and it still kept tripping into fault mode so clearly something ...
