    “Well I wish I could say it was an enjoyable stay but unfortunately not.”

    On arrival we found the air conditioning not working. We called the property manager and she did sort it out with a new unit being installed the following week so we had no air con for the first week and the repair man indicated it had not been working for some time. There is no air flow through the property and it was extremely hot in the house with air con on full it was only comfortable in the same room as the air con unit which made for very uncomfortable nights sleeping. There is no air flow through the property and it was extremely hot in the house with air con on full it was only comfortable in the same room as the air con unit which made for very uncomfortable nights sleeping. The beds also need replacing, the heat made the nights uncomfortable and the beds made it even worse. No one had a good night sleep the whole time we were there and we had booked it for 4 weeks. On a positive note the area at the back was good with a barbecue and nice area to sit and eat outside and the beach was a short walk away but sorry we won't be recommending this property to anyone.

As noted, once we were made aware, a new heat pump was installed within five days despite public holidays limiting availability, and we appreciated your patience while this was arranged. We also regret that you found the beds uncomfortable. As this wasn’t raised during the stay, we didn’t have the opportunity to provide additional support, which we would have been more than happy to do. That said, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the outdoor space and the proximity to the beach.
