    “Main upstairs bedroom door can’t shut properly.”

    2nd upstairs bedroom bed had numerous slats missing so had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. BBQ absolutely hopeless - only half the burners work Toilet and bathroom doors don’t lock Given we were paying $800+ per night we would have expected sufficient hand wash and dish washing liquid to be provided. Also, the (upstairs) fridge leaks water The location was brilliant, there was tons of room and we were greatful to have stayed there but the owners need to spend a bit of money to tidy the ...

    Thank you for the valuable feedback. We appreciate you sharing this with us. Re the bed: upon inspection it appears previous guests have broken and removed slats. It’s a shame as this was an important piece of family history. We have replaced these slats. Apologies that we did not pick this up. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - we would have remedied this whilst you were instay had it been raised. Re the bbq: it was checked at the start of summer and was fully functioning. The salty sea spray and frequent use often conspires to erode the burners and as a result we have replaced the BBQ with a new one. We find our guests get alot of use out of the BBQ as it’s a great spot to enjoy the outdoors. The fridge water has now been removed to stop any leaks. Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property
