Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The main part of the home includes two well-appointed bedrooms and a luxuriously tiled bathroom with dual shower heads, including a soothing rain shower—perfect for post-surf rejuvenation. Connected internally—but also accessible via its own private entrance—is a fully self-contained two-bedroom unit downstairs with second bathroom, ideal for extended family or friends wanting space and privacy. Sliding doors open out from the lower level, enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection. Spend your days walking the 11km stretch of sand from Ohiwa Harbour to Kohi Point, cooling off in the waves, or exploring nearby Whakatāne.
