Kick back in comfort and chill indoors with views of the estuary and dunes, or unwind on the deck for perfect Kiwi summers - the BBQ is an excellent addition for easy holiday dining, while the spacious section ensures ample room for the kids to kick about! This three-bedroom accommodation boasts a full bathroom with separate toilet, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Bedroom one at this Mangawhai accommodation includes a double bed. Bedroom two is fitted with a queen bunk bed with a single on top, while bedroom three has a single bunk set plus a single bed. Relax and enjoy the views, stroll to the estuary, or hit the ocean beach an easy five-minute drive from your door.     “Unfortunately this property was not as described and was disappointing in many ways.”

    If helpful here are some areas you might like to consider making improvements to: - sturdy door mats front and back which don't blow in the wind and collect sand/dirt - outdoor mats to collect dirt before it comes inside - new beds and mattresses, would also remove the musty smell - real curtains for insulation and light blockout: current blinds are not fit for purpose - providing adequate dishwashing liquid for the tenure, and rubbish bags - providing shade for the decks - removing old books ...

    If helpful here are some areas you might like to consider making improvements to: - sturdy door mats front and back which don't blow in the wind and collect sand/dirt - outdoor mats to collect dirt before it comes inside - new beds and mattresses, would also remove the musty smell - real curtains for insulation and light blockout: current blinds are not fit for purpose - providing adequate dishwashing liquid for the tenure, and rubbish bags - providing shade for the decks - removing old books and extra things in the lounge cupboards to make space for guests, this would also help remove the musty smell - repair the kitchen sink which is leaking and causing the whole cupboard to rot and smell terrible - leaving the freezer empty - listing the things which were provided (washing powder, salt pepper etc) as we were not sure what basics would be there - bathroom extractor fan - ensure the bbq is working with a full gas bottle (rectified by agent during our stay) - cleaning under furniture to remove dirt and musty smells
