Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

There’s plenty of space for the whole family or a group of friends, with a total of four bedrooms: upstairs you'll find one queen bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs you’ll find one queen bedroom, a king bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with three single beds and a pull-out bed—ideal for children. Located just across the road from the Mangawhai golf course and a short walk to the Mangawhai Activity Zone with bike tracks, skate park and playground, Seaview puts you right in the heart of the action. You’re within easy walking distance to the cafés, boutique shops and supermarket on Wood Street, and just a seven-minute drive from Mangawhai Surf Beach. If you’re in town for the weekend, don’t miss the Saturday market or live music at the Mangawhai Tavern. “The house was modern, clean and a very easy, comfy, light & airy space to feel "right at home" in.”
The views (and the way it's set-up) are spectacular. You can sit & watch the changing tides in the estuary, sunrises & sunsets & boats from both the lounge or outdoor deck. It wasn't easy finding a four bedroom house within easy walking distance to the restaurants, golf course & other facilities in Mangawhai Heads but I made the perfect choice.
