Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

You’ll absolutely love this welcoming home that’s only a short stroll from the water's edge. Welcome to Manaia View Bach! The outdoor area is the perfect spot to live out those classic Kiwi summer days and relax after a day basking in the sun, sand and sea. Providing the perfect space for relaxed summer living, complete with a large outdoor table - you'll love relaxing here with an ice cold beverage while the sun sets. The kids will absolutely love the flat, lush lawn here too, which is perfect for a game of backyard cricket or rugby. Now you’re on holiday! Inside, the entertainment continues easily into the evening, with a TV with Freeview positioned in the spacious living area, there’s plenty of room for the whole crew to park up on the couches for a movie night with the DVD player. You can even challenge your group to one of the provided board games, or tuck into one of the books on offer here. Five bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests at this One Tree Point accommodation, there are also two generous bathrooms and full laundry facilities ensuring you have a hassle-free stay. Besides being just a short stroll from the water's edge, you’re also only 3-minutes’ drive from the One Tree Point boat ramp. Head out for a day of fun on the water, be sure to grill your catch on the BBQ, making use of the outdoor fish filleting bench and sink to prep your fish and whip up some side dishes in the fully equipped kitchen for dinner!     “We felt it was misleading for the property to be advertised as a 6 bedroom place, as one of the bedrooms was inaccurately advertised as a bedroom, when in fact it is a 'nook' or some extra space between the two adjacent adjoining bedrooms.”

    It also lacked privacy as people need to enter the space to access the two adjacent adjoining bedrooms. The sliding door to the 'nook' was also rigid and difficult to use. There were also multiple lights not working in the house, particularly in a few of the bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom. The above factors caused significant inconvenience to our stay. Otherwise, the property was big and spacious, clean and tidy, and in a good location.

We also regret the issues with the sliding door and lighting, and we will address both to ensure everything is in proper working order.
