Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Set a few minutes from the white sandy Northland beach of Ruakaka, Bream Bay Bach is an ideal Northland escape, away from the hustle and bustle of a city. The interior flows out on to the sheltered sundeck and then to the sunny patio, making an ideal spot to chill out when the weather is warmer, as the kids enjoy playing in the fully fenced yard. For a slice of the classic Kiwiana holiday lifestyle, fire up the BBQ on the patio and recline in the outdoor furniture! If the weather or the season has you hanging out indoors, there's plenty to keep you busy and entertained, including an Xbox, a large arcade machine with over 3000 games, and a Smart TV with DVD player. This sweet and sunny set up offers a relaxed home away from home, which comfortably sleeps six guests across its three bedrooms. Two full bathrooms, one with separate toilet, provide the conveniences for your stay. Less than two hours north of Auckland, there are plenty of places to explore throughout the Bream Bay area. Leave the car at home and take a 1-minute stroll to the beach for some fun in the surf, sun, and sand. For a swim, local's recommend it's best two hours before high tide. You'll also be glad to be a two-minute drive from the local store and restaurants if you need supplies, or if you don't feel like cooking. Make your way to Bream Bay Bach!

Ruakaka is known for its stunning surf beach and vibrant community life, all within an hour and 40 minutes drive from Auckland. The white sandy bay looks out towards the Hen and Chicken Islands, Bream Head, Mt Manaia and Sail Rock, making the area particularly picturesque. “Had another lovely stay at this bach, weather was not the best but got a couple of beach days in!”
, very comfortable well equiped house, one very minor thing I could say is the couches are very hard! But that wouldn’t deter me staying there, Just a bit hard to relax after a long day out. House had everything we needed! Kids loved watching tv in master bed under the aircon on those rainy days. Very clean and well maintained house.
