Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

This Bream Bay holiday home is a perfect family retreat, complete with essential amenities like WiFi and Smart TV. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an outdoor shower, this is an excellent option for days spent at the beach and rinsing off after a day in the sand and surf. During the summer months, Ruakaka boasts a patrolled beach, ensuring a safe swimming experience for the family. About the location

Ruakaka is known for its stunning surf beach and vibrant community life, all within an hour and 40 minutes drive from Auckland. The white sandy bay looks out towards the Hen and Chicken Islands, Bream Head, Mt Manaia and Sail Rock, making the area particularly picturesque.     “Excellent property for our two families, and two dogs to stay in and a short 5 minute stroll to the beach.”

    House had a good backyard space that was fully fenced (securely) for our dogs. Having two lounges was an added bonus with the kids being able to have their own space. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook and serve with. Only slight downside was the tvs. The one in the second lounge isn't a smart TV and would only work thru the Xbox and play DVDs, and the one in the main lounge had an entire page of instructions to get it working! Apart from that, a great stay!
