Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Inside, an open-plan kitchen and living area create an easy hub for family time, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A washing machine and hairdryer add convenience for longer holidays. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the home offers four bedrooms — two with queen beds and two with double bunks — making it ideal for families or groups. You’re close to Ruakaka Village with its supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, and takeaway outlets for all your essentials. Marsden Marina is just a 10-minute drive away for launching your boat or enjoying the marina restaurants.
