Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

Kowhai Retreat is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Matarangi holiday home... Fresh and light, this Lockwood style home is situated on Kowhai Avenue (just a short walk to the beach) and can sleep up to 7 people. This Matarangi holiday home is set over one level, with a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens on to a large north facing deck where you can relax and dine outdoors throughout the summer months! The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and an ensuite. The main bedroom opens onto the deck. The second bedroom has a Queen bed also, and the third bedroom has a sturdy single bunk set and a single bed, making this holiday home perfect for an extended family. The main bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. The house has all modern appliances, including fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), Laundry, and a 4 burner barbeque. The section is large and flat, and has plenty of off street parking with loads of room for a large boat. This Matarangi accommodation is situated just a 2 minute stroll away from the beach, with only one road to cross! For space, comfort and relaxation, make your way to Kowhai Retreat!
