Renee “Several issues and absolutely no support from Bachcare a there was no property manager in Matarangi and the office in Auckland were unable to resolve the issues.”
Not sure what the service fee is for as there is no service from Bachcare. I have used Bachcare for years but probably wonât again after this stay.

Thank you for your review, Renee. We're sorry to hear some of the amenities were not working during your stay. We are working with the owner to ensure a welcome book is available at the property for guests to refer to during their stay. We do have a local service team in the Matarangi region who are available for call outs where needed. We do ask guests to call our 0800 number for support so the support team will assess the situation at hand and action accordingly. It seems the issue at hand needed further technical support that was beyond our local services knowledge. We are happy to have come to an agreement for the inconvenience this caused. Bachcare
