Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Fun at Whangamata is a fully renovated (December 2018) holiday house in a great location close to the estuary. This relaxed beach base is an easy option for extended family groups, with sleeping for up to 10 guests within walking distance to the local shops and the beach! Set on a generous and private section, this stylish Whangamata holiday home includes bright and beachy open plan living in the main house. With a heat pump this is the perfect place for both summer and winter stays. Relax on the sheltered deck enjoying a BBQ while the kids play in the spacious yard! In the main house bedrooms 1 and 2 have Queen beds, while bedroom 3 has 2 King Singles. In the Sleep-out, bedroom 1 has a Double bed, while bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. A bathroom with shower in each dwelling ensure a convenient group layout. Whether you are after complete relaxation or adventure, this is a great base to return to... Chill out on site or hit the beach for days in the sand and surf! Fun at Whangamata awaits!

About the location
Whangamata is a favourite holiday destination in the Coromandel. It has one of the best surf breaks in the area, as well as having safe enough swimming for families. Behind the well-equipped town is a large forest park, with walking tracks and biking trails through lush native forest. All of our Whangamata holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.

“Appreciated upon arrival on a very hot day, air conditioning on, fans on and blinds pulled down on sun facing aspects of the house.”
Thoughtful. House very clean and well presented. Well equipped kitchen. The house is very well suited for family groups. The property has great indoor outdoor flow and plenty of cover outside should it rain (and it did!) Improvements to the property: the BBQ could do with a thorough professional clean. Beyond my scope!
