Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Upstairs, the cosy living area opens onto a sunny deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, soak up the sunshine, or simply watch the kids play safely in the large garden below. Downstairs, a second lounge creates additional space for the family to gather, while the dining area and well-equipped kitchen make mealtimes easy. Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, Kea View is set up for year-round comfort, with a fireplace creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during the cooler months. The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom is fitted with two single beds. Downstairs, the third bedroom offers another queen bed, making the layout ideal for families or couples travelling together. When it's time to explore, some of Golden Bay's most loved coastal gems are close at hand. Ligar Bay and Tata Beach are both just a short drive away, offering golden sands, clear waters, and excellent swimming opportunities. The local boat ramp is only two minutes away, making this an excellent choice for fishing enthusiasts and boaties. Cafés, restaurants, bars, a convenience store, and the all-year-round golf course are all within walking distance, while the nearby Aroha Health Spa offers the perfect opportunity to indulge in a little relaxation and pampering. Please note that there is both a traditional wood BBQ which must not be used over periods with fire restrictions, as well as a gas BBQ.

Pohara Beach is a beachside town popular with holiday-goers, located just 10 minutes from Takaka. The vast golden sand beach is perfect for a day spent kayaking, swimming, boating or fishing, or just relaxing on the beach with your favourite book.
