“We had a lovely time, the Bach was will located and easy access to the beach.”
The only thing we found that needed checking was quite a few of the glasses and cup had chips around the rims so I feel they need replacing.

Trust “Awesome location - would have been great to get the bbq going but no big deal .”
Also very limited Spark reception but Vodafone ok. Wifi would have been great for a movie or to get better Comms

With excellent response and service from Rhodean of bachcare. Just a suggestion. We hired the bach for a week over Christmas (6pax)with no kitchen cupboard space and refrigerated space. This meant we had to keep rotating meat, milk veggies etc in the fridge and small freezer- It would be good to have an additional chest freezer onsite for longer hires. Just our suggestion Thank Ca

The house is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The third bedroom is quite compact, so could be a bit tight for maximum numbers. If weather is good then this isn't so much of an issue.

Fantastic view of the ocean and location is perfect, just a quick stroll to the beach. Comfortable beds and great shower pressure! All in all we couldnât ask for better.

The 3rd bedroom is accessed through the 2nd bedroom - fine as we were family staying and could use outside door to go around to get inside without going through the bedroom where people were sleeping, but could be different in winter or wet weather. Plenty of beds and comfy couch in the lounge. Good deck with plenty of shade with umbrellas and a deck heater. Easy place to stay and wander up to beach to have a morning coffee and watch the waves

Lovely property with sea views. Front deck and back patio so you can move with the sun. Plenty of beds .... two rooms had queens plus bunks. Kitchen had everything you need. No complaints. A fabulous weekend.

Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
For sweet beach views and a slower pace of life, you can't go past Bach 112! Situated less than a 1 minute stroll onto the pristine shores of Waimarama Beach, this family friendly haven is just the ticket for a refreshing kiwi escape. Set over a single level with plenty of room for the family, the tastefully presented yet easy care interior has all the comforts of home. Chill on the sofa and catch your favourite show for any indoors days, or step outside and soak up the sweeping beach scenes from the generous deck! The fully fenced section is ideal for family games in the sun. There is room for extended family groups at Bach 112, with sleeping for up to 10 guests, multiple outdoor living spaces, and a BBQ for simple family feasts! The kayak on site is an extra bonus for the keen adventurer. When you are not admiring the gorgeous ocean views from the deck, stroll over the road and onto the beach for days in the sand and surf. The surf club is less than a 10 minute walk along the beach from your holiday base, or jump in the car for day trips to Napier City a 40 minute drive away, or Havelock North just 25 minutes away. Classic kiwi summers await at this magical location... Break away from the busy city life and breathe easy at Bach 112 by the beach!

About the location
Karamea is the West Coast's Gateway to the Kaurangi National Park, and the start of the Heaphy track, which is one of New Zealand's Great Walks. There are also a number of shorter walkways, including the Nikau Walk, for a taste of the 82 kilometre Heaphy track, without all the effort! Other popular visitor activities include kayaking, white water rafting, helirafting, trout fishing, and exploring the limestone arches and caves of the Oparara Basin.
