Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

You are just a 5-minute walk to shops and cafe's, and a short drive to the airport and shopping centre! All the basics and more, on hand for your next beachy break away, The Green Trout awaits!

About the location
Paraparaumu is the perfect base for your Kapiti Coast adventure. Being the main town in the area, it has plenty of facilities including shops, cafes, restaurants and the biggest car museum in Australasia. Paraparaumu beach has a beautiful strip of golden sand and safe swimming, and is the main point of departure to explore Kapiti Island.
