“Great Location ,Great place for big family .”
Few things needs upgrade .Tv was old ,you cant even connect chrome cast .Iron was old and burned .DVD was there but DVD movies were so old that some of kids movies old barbie and Shark toy story ..We are regular guest for Book a batch and every house we went to have some coffee Tea and small milk to start for guest but this house kitchen had absolutely nothing .If you arriving late at night make sure you have coffee milk and sugar with you to survive night .Over all house was warm and clean ...

Torace “Good size but was very very hot in the house with no air conditioning, couldnt really open doors in windows at night as the mozzies were unreal.”
Would've been nice to have some warning!! This was a huge let down!! Air conditioning at that time of the year is a must!!

Perfect for our stay. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Great location for Taupo and the snow. We also really enjoyed the local hot pools and tavern. We’d definitely book again!

Plenty of space for big families

Lovely location and great for a family holiday with plenty of space

Its 33 mins to Taupo and 50 mins to Whakapapa ski field. Ita great for a large group of friends and very family friendly. Fire place upstairs heats up the top of the house to make it nice and cozy. Kitchen is equipped with everything so you can cook your own meals if your on a budget. Just need to make sure you have enough data on your devices as no Wifi available km the property.

The two lounges are great for separating adults and kids. Very clean and tidy. Great location. Perfect for two families. You can have one family upstairs and the other down or kids downstairs and adults up. Lots of space outback for boat parking.

The property
Just moments from the lake edge and marina, Perfect Position is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Motuoapa holiday home. With plenty of room for the family, this warm and welcoming house is an ideal option for your next adventure! This 2 storey Motuoapa holiday home includes well presented open plan living upstairs, with additional living area downstairs perfect for large family groups. In winter light the fire and feel cosy, and in summer unwind on the deck with a view to the lake, and fire up the BBQ. Upstairs at this Motuoapa accommodation, bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed. Downstairs, bedroom 3 also has a queen bed, while bedroom 4 has a double bunk. Situated in the downstairs lounge, there are two single beds when required. To complete your convenient group set up, there is a bathroom on each floor. This is a lovely spot - a short stroll to the marina, boat ramp, and lake edge. Plus, the local cafe is within a minutes walk from the house and Turangi is a 5 minute drive away. For adventures further afield, you can drive to Taupo (35 minutes), Tongariro Crossing (30 minutes), and Whakapapa Ski fields (under 45 minutes). Your Perfect Position at the lake awaits!
As the property has unfenced access to the bay, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water
