There was notes to put the rubbish out for collection if on a Thursday. We didnt leave on a Thursday so no instructions on what to do. However the most important was there was only 1 smoke alarm in the house and it was in the lounge. If the bedroom doors were closed and there was a fire, anyone in the rooms would not survive. The was a bracket for another one in the hall by the toilet but not a good spot for one. I'd recommend installing more alarms before going back there. other than this, a great place, thank you.

Plenty of kitchen utensils and dinnerware. Just on the way into Blenheim, nice quiet area - has an excellent pub just a short walk away.

The garden was in dire need of a weed and mow which let it down a little, but apart from that it was as advertised. Close to the centre of town - we walked in for dinner one night which was ideal.

Stay here if you want a central location for Blenheim town. Surrounded by lots of houses, so small garden and no outlook. It was great to find a home for the new year at the last minute, so we were happy with the booking.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Newly built and centrally located in beautiful Blenheim…. This character home is an ideal base for your next Marlborough escape! If you’re a foodie, Gramado's Restaurant and Bar is just a 3min walk from your front door and is one of the best restaurants in Blenheim. The property is also an ideal location for the nearby Marlborough vineyards which are a short 5 to 10 minute drive away or for the annual food and wine festival. The Marlborough farmers market (held on a Sunday) is also less than a 10 minutes drive away. Or you can head along to the Opawa River, just a short stroll away.
