Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The living area is open plan and has all of the essentials that will allow you to enjoy your holiday in comfort. The holiday home has three bedrooms and one family sized bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed along with a single and a rollaway, bedroom number two has another queen bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom also contains a queen bed. Kiwi Bach at Omaha is a comfortable house with large decks front and back. Embrace outdoor living while soaking up the sun on the outdoor furniture and cook your summer meals on the barbeque out the back to make the most of this property. The kids are able run around safely as the section is fully fenced. Located in a quiet crescent, this property is peaceful as well as safe for the kids to play in. There are plenty of water activities to undertake while holidaying in Omaha such as swimming, snorkeling and diving; fishing is also a must with lots of hot fishing spots! This Omaha accommodation is walking distance to the 18 hole golf course, the surf club and beach, as well as the local shops. Close by are several cafes and vineyards that are definitely worth paying a visit to. The increasingly popular Matakana is also just a short distance away. Omaha is a great place for a carefree holiday; a true slice of paradise, and just a stones throw from Auckland. Kiwi Bach at Omaha has a traditional bach feel and is just the place to experience your kiwi summer holiday!
Please note, this property has 2 driveways. Parking for boats over 7m is located on the side driveway alongside the house. Boats under 5m can be parked at the bottom driveway.

About the location
Just an 8-minute drive from Matakana is the long stretch of a white sandy surf beach that is Omaha. This is a great area to base yourself from, located within a short drive to all the gems of the area such as Snells beach, Sandspit, Campbell's Beach and Tawharanui National Park. The best place to be in Omaha is certainly beachside, watching surfers battle the waves or taking a dip in one of the calmer areas yourself.
