Warm, cosy cottage and super comfy beds. We were only really there to sleep as at Snells for a family function just around the corner. Will def book again if needing a bed for future family events.

The stairs are quite steep so would not recommend for little ones under 2. Facilities could use some more care with more attention to cleanliness for future guest arrivals. Overall we loved the cottage and the homey feel of providing some some board games, toys for the kids etc..

The views are incredible, especially from the main bedroom upstairs. These guys have thought about every little detail to make your stay that little bit easier. Great location and well catered for for children with lots of toys.Loved having our meals out on the deck watching the sunrise and sunsets.

Toys available for the kids, well stocked kitchen, fantastic location to explore matakana, Omaha and the surrounding area. Or to just chill out on the fab deck in the all day sun.

It was like a home away from home with everything that we needed. The house has such a calm welcoming vibe and the view is just stunning. I would highly recommend The Cottage to my friends as a great place to stay and I would love to go back. It is in an awesome location with a short stroll to the beach and short drive to Matakana.

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the games and toys and I loved the selection of books and magazines! The cottage was central to everything in Snells but nice and quiet in the neighborhood. Would recommend this Bach to anyone looking for an easy get away!

Peaceful neighbourhood. Clean Bach with all the things you may require for a stay away. The driveway is steep and tight to access, but you can fit two cars on the drive easily (make sure you have good brakes for parking). There is no dishwasher, but I liked this :) Enjoynyour stay in Snells Beach.

Definitely recommend. Nice decor, very comfy couches and beds, warm and cosy. Very well set up with literally everything you could think of needing - kitchen is particularly well set up (minus a dishwasher). Loads of books, magazines and kids' games/toys. Fast wifi, netflix, TV with a range of free channels too. The views from the lounge and both bedrooms are lovely and there's a big lawn for the kids to run around on. Check in/out process and instructions for the house were all great. We really enjoyed staying here - no complaints!

Comfy sofas and big screen TV with DVD player. Nice open plan kitchen and big dining room table for dinners. Upper bedroom had fantastic sea view. Second bedroom fits 3 people. Big bathroom with excellent shower. Tastefully decorated. Interesting books on shelves. Only a 200 metre walk to the Snells Beach baptist church. Sunday service was excellent, we were warmly welcomed.

The bach had a beautiful cottage feels, the bach and the additional facilities it offered was superb. The views in the morning from the deck and the bedrooms were next to none. Our manager Susan was very helpful in answering questions in sufficient timeliness and went the extra mile in ensuring our stay was comfortable.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
