Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Skiers and snowboarders will especially appreciate the dedicated drying room, ideal for storing and drying gear after a day of adventure. The well-equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine to help start your mornings right, while Infinity gas hot water ensures everyone can enjoy a long, hot shower after a busy day. The seamless indoor-outdoor flow leads to a fantastic entertaining area, perfect for summer BBQs and relaxed evenings with family and friends. Sleeping up to eight guests, Stargazer is ideal for families and groups. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third bedroom offers two sets of single bunks for the kids or extra guests. Whether you're planning a winter ski trip, a summer hiking adventure, or simply a relaxing mountain escape, Stargazer provides the perfect base to experience everything Ohakune and Mt Ruapehu have to offer.
All guests should take extra care when using the upper bunk beds as these do not have guard rails to prevent falls.
Please note the EV charger is free for guest use and requires an access card, this can be obtained by contacting the Property Manager during your stay. Unfortunately, not all EV cars and chargers are the same, so it is important to note the charger is a Type 2 plug and tethered.

Ohakune is the ski capital for the North Island and your gateway to all the iconic features of the Ruapehu region. Perfectly based to jet off to the Bridge to Nowhere, the Tongariro Crossing or one of the many stunning alpine walks or mountain bike trails, it's a true haven for your next adventure. It's well worth the four and a half hour drive from Auckland or 90 minutes from Taupo in Winter or Summer!
