Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Two bathrooms, one on each level, add convenience throughout your stay. About the location
A central suburb of Napier, Bluff Hill is conveniently located and has the best view in town. After the 1931 earthquake, Napier was beautifully rebuilt in distinct Art Deco style architecture, making it the Art Deco hub of New Zealand. Beds were comfortable and lots of space. Kids not so happy that there was only one tv in the side room but we thought it was so great. Lots of games and beautiful views
