Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Napier Sea Views is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home in the popular seaside suburb of Ahuriri, offering breathtaking harbour views and a relaxing base for up to six guests. Perfectly positioned across the road from the beach, this modern retreat is just a 2-minute drive or an easy 20-minute stroll from Napier's vibrant city centre. Spread across two levels, the home features spacious open-plan living upstairs, designed to maximise the stunning outlook. The sunny conservatory is a standout spot, providing the perfect place to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink while watching cruise ships, seabirds, seals, and the ever-changing harbour scenery. The master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and private deck access. Downstairs, a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds offer flexible accommodation for families and groups, with the singles able to be configured as a king bed on request. A family bathroom completes the layout. Step outside onto the upper deck, where outdoor seating and a BBQ make alfresco dining easy while enjoying the spectacular sea views. An internal lift provides access between levels, with external stairs also available. For added convenience, the home includes an intercom system between floors that can also be used as a monitor for young children. Beyond the property, Ahuriri offers an excellent selection of cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, a cinema, playgrounds, and a popular swimming beach, all within walking distance. Whether you're exploring Napier's renowned Art Deco attractions, tasting local wines, or simply relaxing by the water, Napier Sea Views is an ideal destination for your next Hawke's Bay escape.

When there are two people staying in bedroom 3, the two single beds can be pushed together to make a larger double upon request. Please enquire with our support office in advance.
Please note there are two security cameras at this property, placed at the front and rear doors. Rest assured that our guests privacy is of paramount importance and the owner of the property will ensure it is preserved by switching the cameras off during a booking.
About the location
A central suburb of Napier, Bluff Hill is conveniently located and has the best view in town. After the 1931 earthquake, Napier was beautifully rebuilt in distinct Art Deco style architecture, making it the Art Deco hub of New Zealand. “This was a great place to stay for only 5 of us- Plenty of space - Lots of cutlery /plates / glasses and kitchen equipment- The house was also nicely furnished and super clean - Great linen and mattresses.”
We loved the Seaview and were lucky to have a wonderful weather during our stay. We would have liked to have toiletries in the bathrooms as we felt that for the cost of the accommodation this should have been included aa well as milk in the fridge. Lack of up to date information with regards to the TV - We couldn’t work out how to turn the oven on nor the microwave- Managed the first one and gave up on the second - We couldn’t work out how to use the heater in the main bedroom and also gave ...
