Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Napier Sea Views is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Napier holiday house in Ahuriri, just a 2 minute drive or 20 minute short stroll into Napier City. With stunning sea views, this modern holiday house offers a comfortable escape for up to 6 guests... Enjoy this great location right across the road from the beach. This 2 storey Napier holiday house includes open plan living with ample room for your group to relax upstairs... The conservatory is an ideal space to soak up the sun and take in the fantastic harbour views! Bedroom 1 at this Napier accommodation is situated upstairs with private deck access, and includes a queen bed plus an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, bedroom 2 is also fitted with a queen bed, and bedroom 3 is fitted with 2 singles, which can be joined to make a king sized bed on request. A family bathroom completes the indoor set up at Napier Views. Outdoor BBQ and seating area on the upper deck provides a great sunny spot for dining, drink or nibbles, while taking in the spectacular views. Internal access between the 2 levels is by lift only, there is also external access between the levels via a set of stairs. An internal intercom provides easy communication between floors and also doubles as a monitor for infants. This is the place to be in Napier. You can totally relax and take in the ever changing view, enjoy watching the cruise liners, seals and bird life from the conservatory and decks. There is also an array of restaurants and shopping in Ahuriri village, including a new boutique cinema, playground for the kids and also popular swimming beach all within short walking distance. When there are two people staying in bedroom 3, the two single beds can be pushed together to make a larger double upon request. Please enquire with our support office in advance.
